1. agreement to terms
by accessing or using 0dayleads, you agree to be bound by these terms. if you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service.
2. intellectual property
the service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 0dayleads. our brand name, logo, and original content may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
3. acceptable use & zero tolerance policy
you agree to use our search monitors (pings) solely for legitimate, legal business purposes. you explicitly agree not to track, monitor, or scrape any keywords related to illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, or anything that violates any applicable law, rule, or regulation. if our automated systems or manual reviews detect any illegal or malicious intent in your search queries, your account will be suspended immediately without warning. in the event of an account suspension due to a terms of service violation, absolutely no refunds will be issued for any unused credits or subscription time.
4. platform compliance & read-only nature
0dayleads operates strictly as a read-only public data indexing and alert notification service (similar to google alerts, brand24, or mention.com). 0dayleads does not perform automated posting, auto-commenting, automated direct messaging, or account botting on reddit or any third-party platform. 0dayleads does not require, store, or access users' third-party platform account credentials. all data indexed is publicly accessible information. users are solely responsible for ensuring that any manual, independent interactions they undertake on third-party platforms comply with those platforms' respective terms of service and community guidelines.
4. accounts and security
when you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.
5. limitation of liability & disclaimer of warranty
the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. 0dayleads does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data ingested from third-party sources. in no event shall 0dayleads, nor its founders, directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, account bans on third-party platforms, data loss, or other intangible losses arising from your use of this service. you use this service entirely at your own risk.
6. refund policy
all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. by subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the features and limitations of the service and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, account suspension due to terms violations, service downtime, or failure to use the service within the billing period. in rare exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed at our sole discretion — contact support for inquiries. chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in immediate account termination.
